The Media, UAPs, and Disclosure: How Stories Reach the Mainstream
Summary: Veteran television producer and journalist Meagan Medick pulls back the curtain on how mainstream media covers UAPs, UFOs, and disclosure. Drawing from her experience in network news, she explores why some stories get greenlit while others never make it to air, how newsrooms evaluate extraordinary claims, and what makes a compelling pitch. This is a behind-the-scenes look at the realities of television news, the challenges of reporting on controversial topics, and practical advice for researchers, whistleblowers, and advocates hoping to bring their stories to a wider audience.

DARREN VICKERS (HOST OF DID I WAKE YOU? PODCAST)

Abe no Seimei: Japan's Merlin: The Man, the Myth, and the Legend
Summary: Long before Japan’s ghost stories, spirit encounters, and supernatural folklore took shape, some claimed to read the hidden currents linking heaven, earth, and humanity. Among them, none looms larger than Abe no Seimei, the legendary diviner, astrologer, and practitioner of Onmyōdō often called Japan’s Merlin. Filmed on location at Seimei Shrine in Kyoto and Abe Oji Shrine in Osaka, this presentation explores the historical figure, the myths that surrounded him, and the folklore that transformed a court diviner into one of Japan’s most enduring supernatural legends.

NOMAR SLEVIK (AUTHOR, INVESTIGATOR & FILMMAKER)

Picture
Strange Maine: True Stories of Mystery, Mahem, and Monsters

Summary: Filmmaker, Nomar Slevik will premiere three mini documentaries about the following incidents: The Cherryfield Goatman - A strange creature approached a man after his truck stalled out. The creature was wearing a plaid shirt. Father Fowler - This is a truly strange account about famed Ufologist Ray Fowler's father. The Sleep Watcher - An eerie true crime story about a man who would stand in people's bedrooms and watch them sleep.

MAYA CELESTE COWAN (ANTHROPOLOGIST & RESEARCHER)

Picture
Embodied Anomalies: Cyborg Anthropology and UAP Science
Summary: UAP science is often considered devoid of the human experience of the phenomenon, but science is carried out by human beings with their own embodied senses. The practice of UAP science is inherently experiential, producing experiences in people. Cyborg anthropology shows how the scientific instruments which are typically thought of as so far away from the human experience can extend and enhance our ability to experience the anomalous.

VINCE HALL (U.S. ARMY VETERAN, EXPERIENCER & HOST OF UAP-POD)

Picture
Mystery, Stigma, and the Experiencer Next Door
Summary:  After an anomalous experience while serving in Baghdad, Iraq, in 2004, Vince spent more than two decades keeping his story largely to himself—not out of fear of the unknown, but fear of ridicule. In this deeply personal presentation, he explores how stigma silences experiencers, the lasting impact of mystery on one's worldview, and how his journey ultimately led to the creation of UAP-POD. Through the lens of faith, curiosity, and lived experience, Vince invites attendees to reconsider who experiencers are, why so many remain silent, and what we might learn by listening to their stories.

SAMANTHA LEE TREASURE (ANTHROPOLOGIST & AUTHOR)

Picture
Alien Entities in Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs)
Summary: Over the decades, researchers and experiencers alike have noted that many alien encounters happen during seemingly spontaneous trance or altered states. In this talk, Samantha explores the features that overlap with out-of-body experiences (as well as sleep paralysis and narcolepsy), the reasons why "astral" contact may be a preferred (safer and more economical) mode of long-distance contact rather than physical space travel, and how this might differ from non-contact OBEs.

MIKE CLELLAND (AUTHOR, ILLUSTRATOR, PODCAST HOST & UFO RESEARCHER)

Picture
Owls and a Deeper Reality
Summary: Owls, whether encountered in the wild or through symbolism, have long been linked to UFO encounters, but the connection extends far beyond the phenomenon itself. They also appear alongside profound transformative experiences such as meditation, psychedelic journeys, shamanic initiation, and even death, suggesting they serve as powerful archetypal guides rather than simple animals. After more than twenty years of obsessive research, Clelland has come to believe that something far more mysterious is unfolding than extraterrestrial visitors arriving in metallic craft. The owl is an ancient archetype, and in many ways, the modern UFO story has become its latest expression.

BRITTANY BARBIERI (FIELD RESEARCHER, NATURALIST & TV HOST)

Picture
Into The Wild with Brittany Barbieri
Summary: From apex predator research in Belize to the zoological roots of cryptozoology, this presentation takes science seriously. Brittany traces the field’s founding by credentialed zoologists, its corruption by entertainment television, and makes the case for returning to rigorous inquiry. Bridging wildlife science, indigenous knowledge, and unexplained natural phenomena — expect field stories, hard evidence, and a fresh challenge to everything you thought you knew about the natural world.

BENNETT TANTON (VETERAN,  SECURITY SPECIALIST & HOST OF BROADCASTING SEEDS PODCAST)

Picture
What 600+ Interviews Taught Me About the Unknown
Summary: After more than 600 interviews with researchers, experiencers, authors, veterans, cryptozoologists, and paranormal witnesses, certain patterns begin to appear across seemingly unrelated phenomena. This presentation explores recurring themes found in UFO encounters, Sasquatch reports, cryptid sightings, hauntings, consciousness experiences, folklore, and high strangeness. Rather than promoting one explanation, Bennett Tanton examines the overlap between witness testimony, history, spiritual traditions, and the unexplained, inviting the audience to consider whether many anomalous experiences may be connected by deeper patterns beneath the surface.

EMMA ELIZABETH (HYPNOTHERAPIST & FOUNDER OF QUANTUM HEALING MEMORY RETRIEVAL)

Picture
Quantum Healing Memory Retieval for Past Lives and Contact Experiences
Summary: What if the answers you've been seeking already exist within your own memories? In this presentation, Emma Elizabeth explores how hypnotherapy can help individuals access memories related to past lives, unexplained encounters, and contact experiences with non-human intelligence. She will discuss her Quantum Healing Memory Retrieval method, the role of altered states of consciousness, and how memory retrieval can support healing and personal insight. Whether you're curious, skeptical, or an experiencer yourself, this session offers a balanced perspective on a fascinating frontier.

AUSTIN BURGESS & CALEB HANKS (HOSTS OF GHOSTS IN THE MOUNTAINS)

Picture
Archetypes of the Paranormal
Summary: Across thousands of paranormal accounts, from Appalachian ghost stories to global UFO encounters, certain patterns are impossible to ignore. The same stories. The same experiences. The same entities. Some of this can be explained... some of it cannot. Drawing on the work of some of the most well-respected minds in the field, combined with firsthand research from Western North Carolina, this presentation asks a simple question: what if the patterns aren't just a coincidence?

MEREDITH SPEARMAN (PROFESSOR, WRITER & REGISTERED NURSE)

Picture
The Threshold: Making Room for the Extraordinary
Summary: What if the way we see reality is far narrower than we assume? The Threshold is a thought experiment that takes that question seriously. For a century we have treated extraordinary experiences as things to explain away. This series asks what happens if we set that reflex down and look again, from outside our usual human-centered view of the world. Drawing on physics, anthropology, neuroscience, and the testimony of ordinary people, it reconsiders contact and consciousness, then asks a practical question: how do we actually help people carry, integrate, and live with experiences that fall outside what our culture calls real?

DANIEL NOAH (CO-FOUNDER OF SPECTREVISION)

Picture
Quantum Storytelling
Summary: Traditional storytelling imposes a tidy beginning, middle, and end on a reality that is anything but tidy. Nowhere is this more apparent than in the paranormal, where experiences are nonlinear, unresolved, and often contradictory. The “rule of three,” like Newtonian physics, offers an artificial sense of order against the terror of the unknown. As quantum theory and UAP disclosure challenge our understanding of reality, creators must move beyond Aristotle’s Poetics toward “quantum storytelling,” embracing randomness, synchronicity, conflicting realities, and, perhaps most importantly, the courage to remain in a state of not knowing.
